Overview

Run Merchant is a centralized payment hub that allows RUN clients to manage their merchant accounts, accept payments, and generate reporting.

With Run Merchant, you can:

• Accept payments via Virtual Terminal and Hosted Payment Pages
• Access and filter detailed reports on transactions, funding, chargebacks, and statements
• Manage multiple merchant IDs (MIDs), locations, and users
• Store and reuse customer payment data through the Vault
• Configure custom fields and user permissions
• Generate and manage API credentials for integration

Getting Started

After receiving your Run Merchant Welcome Email, click Activate Run Merchant to begin account setup.

Your Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a snapshot of your account’s performance:

• Volume Chart: Time series data allows you to view processed volume on command (Daily, monthly, etc). Compare by selecting multiple MIDs. Use the filters at the right to change the date range or which accounts/locations are shown.
• Daily Cards: See counts for transactions, volume, refunds, chargebacks, and batch funding.
• Funding Card: Insights on funding reports
• Statements Download: Download credit card or ACH statements directly from the Dashboard
• Click-to-Dispute Chargeback Manager: Get a faster jump on chargebacks
